What we collect

This explains what Tinkerly collects, why, and the choices you have.

  • Your account: name, email address and password (stored hashed).
  • What you create: chats, files, documents, slides, spreadsheets, diagrams, websites, pictures, 3D models, agents and workflows, so we can show them to you.
  • Usage: which models you use, credits spent and when, to bill you correctly and show you your history.
  • Technical logs (such as IP address and errors), kept for 30 days to keep the service secure and working.
  • How you use the site: the pages you open, the buttons you press and what you do in the app (such as starting a chat or buying credits), with your browser, device and approximate location. After you sign in this is linked to your account, so we can see which features help and fix what doesn’t work.

Who we share it with

  • AI providers receive the messages and files you send to their models, only to answer you.
  • Paddle.com, our reseller, processes payments. We never see your card details; Paddle sends us what you bought.
  • If you connect apps (such as email or calendars), the connection service and that app receive what’s needed to do what you ask.
  • Google receives that usage through Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4, which count visits and what people do on the site. Google gets your account’s id after you sign in, never your name, email or what you write.
  • Mixpanel receives the same usage to show us how the app is used. After you sign in it also gets your account’s id, name, email address, plan and when you signed up, so we can understand and support each account. It never gets your chats, files or anything you make.

We don’t sell your data or use it for advertising.

Cookies

Essential cookies keep you signed in and remember how you left a page (a tab, a filter or a sort order). They can’t be turned off, because the site doesn’t work without them. Paddle uses its own cookies during checkout.

Analytics cookies, used only to understand how the site is used:

  • Google Analytics 4 sets _ga and _ga_…, which tell one visit from another, for up to two years. Google Tag Manager, which loads it, sets none of its own.
  • Mixpanel sets a cookie whose name starts with mp_, which links your visits, for up to a year.

To opt out, block these cookies in your browser’s settings, use its tracking protection, or install Google’s opt-out add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout). The site keeps working without them. You can also email us to have your analytics data deleted.

Your choices

You can delete chats and files at any time, and ask us to delete your account and its data. Email support@tinkerly.app to see, correct or delete your data.
