Terms of service
Last updated 4 November 2026
The short version
- No expiry
- Credits don’t expire. They have no cash value and can’t be transferred.
- By Paddle
- Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record, handles every payment, invoice and refund.
- Yours
- You own what you put in and what you get out, as far as the law and the model providers’ terms allow.
Your account
These terms cover your use of Tinkerly (“we”, “us”): the website, the app and everything you buy in it. By creating an account you agree to them.
- Keep your password safe: you’re responsible for what happens in your account.
- Don’t use Tinkerly to break the law, harm others, create spam or malware, or get around the safety rules of the AI providers we use.
- We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Credits and payments
- Answers, pictures, documents and web searches use credits. What each model costs is shown before you use it and on our pricing page.
- Credits don’t expire, have no cash value and can’t be transferred.
- Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Refunds follow our refund policy.
- We may change prices; changes apply to new purchases.
AI answers
Answers are written by AI models from other companies and can be wrong. Check anything important before you rely on it. You own what you put in and what you get out, as far as the law and the model providers’ terms allow.
Brand names
OpenAI, GPT, Claude and Gemini are trademarks of their owners. Tinkerly is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
What you can make
You’re responsible for what you ask Tinkerly to make and what you do with it. Don’t use it to make:
- a deepfake or a face swap: a picture, video, voice recording or text that makes a real person seem to say or do something they didn’t;
- anything that copies a real person’s face, voice or likeness without their clear consent, or that pretends to be them.
We may suspend accounts that break this rule, as with the rules above.
Availability and liability
We work to keep Tinkerly running, but can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors. As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
